Valerie
Valerie found at an early age a passion for health & wellness, which has led her to earn her BS in Health Promotions from BYU, Massage Therapy License in 1996, 200 hr RYT in yoga in 2006, Family Constellations Facilitator in 2018, and Shamanic Practitioner in 2022. Currently, she is in a Priestess Training honing her skills as an Energetic Practitioner.
Val believes that anything physical we experience is a direct manifestation of emotional, spiritual or energetic energy we store in our bodies. Her whole body approach works on all levels of our Beingness and helps to clear and heal old wounds, alleviate stress, and bring a better alignment (Ayni) to all aspects of your life.
Val has an intuitive healing touch and customizes each session to the unique needs of the individual. She is delighted to facilitate safe and sacred space for your healing journey.
Val has a passion for the beautiful journey of life and has a daily commitment to walking The Beauty Way. She has found that her practice of cultivating an open, soft heart directly inspires her daily practice of staying conscious, aware and living life on purpose. She is passionate about, and in daily practice of living an embodied life full of choice and freedom.
Val's practice of integrating a Shamanic lifestyle helps her through the many ups and downs of life in a joyful, transformative and insightful awareness into WHO WE ARE. She loves to see and embrace the beauty, diversity and goodness of all people and continually draws inspiration from our differences and each unique perspective.
Valerie is mom of 5 and cheerleader to 4 bonus kids. They are amazing individuals who bring humor, joy, and love to her life. She and her life partner love traveling, getting out on the trail, competing at disc golf and the occasional card game, motorcycle rides through twisting canyons, as well as continually growing in love with themselves and each other.
